Beauty in what is Felt Within
Life holds meaning as breath holds the air that sustains us.
Are we aware that touch carries warmth, that beauty is not only what we see but what we feel through it? Too often, we walk this world as though moments are mere incidents, forgetting that each one is meant to awaken us—to help us feel the love embedded in living, to find beauty in simply being alive.
Moments arrive to be felt deeply, for we are humanly made to feel. Every sensation that greets us during the day carries purpose. The brush of a hand, the sound of laughter, even the tears that fall—each reminds us of the fragile Gift of life.
Do we not recognize the invitation in joy, the healing power in laughter, the lessons that even shadowed moments quietly teach? Presence is the thread that binds them together. When we allow ourselves to live fully in each breath, each touch, each joy and sorrow, we discover the true meaning of beauty—love flowing through it all.
Are we aware of the warmth flowing in our veins,
could possibly be an instrument that fuels the heart?
What is felt in the body
plays like the lyrics of a song—
a melody written in sensation,
in touch, in breath, in heartbeat.
Is life so random,
Or does it play its part
in feeding the soul
The nourishment that carries life itself?
Perhaps we are not merely the players,
but the instruments—
and every note of laughter, every chord of sorrow,
every silence between
It is written to imprint the soul for Eternity.
How then do we choose to live each moment—
aware, present, and focused purely
on what we are meant to feel?
Are we the writers of what we feel,
or is it written before us?
Perhaps it is both.
As writers, we choose the feelings
that bring the body its notes,
and with the collection of moments
each joy, each sorrow, each breath
Life itself becomes the Song
that feeds the Soul.
